How to check the DHCP server process on H series?

Symptom:
Clients cannot obtain IP address from DHCP server, And you have check clients sent DHCP discover but no reply.
To Check:
1)Check the process is up by CLI, It will look like this with Interface.lease
2)Disable/Enable DHCP settings again to force process restart
And contact zyxel support to find the root cause.
