USG60 Logging Problem

Hello. I have USG60 firewall who work whitout problem few months. I was not logging via WEB from one months and today i have issue. I log with user and password and firewall start "LOADING" and that is.... Not log to web EASY or NORMAL MODE. I try with different browsers (Edge, Firefox and Chrome) but result are same. Firewall work, i have no problem with working condition or configuration. When i ask to log via SSH, i log on to firewall but still no have WEB ACCESS. I reboot device via SSH but have no result. Any ideas about that?

Can you show firmware version and HTTPS port number that working on you USG?

And let us know if hardware reboot helpful this situation.

Router> show version

Router> show ip http server secure status
