Hello, I have a serious problem with an ATP800 installation in HA v5.39.
When trying to activate PPoE disconnected from a WAN, by pressing connect, the counter starts counting and access to the ATP800 as an admin user or any other user is lost.
The user and password screen appears but access is not possible.
Only by restarting the equipment can we access again.
It is a big problem for the client.
What could be happening?

I have the Diaginfo available to send

    Hi @Pedroj

Following up on our private message, we’ve reviewed the device status and found no failover records in the Device-HA. This suggests the Device-HA function is working as expected, even when clicking the "Connect" button on the PPPoE interface.

We also tested a similar HA setup and established a PPPoE connection on our side without encountering any HA instability or connection issues.

At this point, the root cause of the problem you mentioned remains unclear. Could you please try the process again? If the issue persists, kindly share the steps and configurations you've used, and provide a video for further analysis.
