I experience the same problem with LBMedia，The switch ports 1-8 are not connected. The indicator light is not on，I had upgraded to the latest firmware and set it to factory default. It still not work，pls help me to fix it

If you've already tried rebooting the switch and the interfaces on Ports 1-8 are still unresponsive, there may be a hardware issue with the switch.

We recommend contacting your seller to initiate the RMA process.
