SSL VPN simultaneous access

Hi,

I have successfully configured my zywall to allow ssl vpn users connect remotely.
I granted access to two users and they both connect properly individually.
Problem is that while a user is connected, the other one can't connect (it gets disconnected immediately).
As far as I know usg 20 allows up to 5 ssl users for free.
Is there any kind of limitation on simultaneous access? Or do I have to change something in my configuration?

Which USG20 that you have? USG20 or USG20-VPN?

If your model is USG20, then Max. concurrent SSL VPN users is 1.

You can reference to datasheet of USG20.

thank you for your answer, I'm currently using usg20 (non-vpn) so you are right.
I also have another issue on ssl vpn, I'm able to connect and reach the internal ip address of the zywall but I can't see any other device on the remote lan.
I assume a policy route is necessary but it's not clear to me how it has to be configured. Could you help me please?

Please note that I can ping the vpn gateway ip address properly (192.168.200.1). The ssl range I assign is on the same class of the vpn gateway (192.168.200.10-20) while the remote lan is on 192.168.30.0/24.

Hi @Pabloit

The function you required should be NetBIOS protocol.

The NetBIOS over SSL VPN tunnel doesn't supported on USG20.

If you would like to pass Netbios traffic over SSL VPN tunnel, you can consider upgrade to USG20-VPN.
