[ATP/FLEX] How to collect diagnostic file on Firewall Local WEB GUI?

At times, you may be asked to provide the diagnostic file for further troubleshooting. This article will guide you through the process:
- Access the local Web GUI.
- Navigate to
Menu > MAINTENANCE > Diagnostics > Diagnostics > Controllerpage to click theCollect Nowbutton. - Download the diagnostic file:
Navigate toMenu > MAINTENANCE > Diagnostics > Diagnostics > Controllerpage. Select the diagnostic file and then click thedownloadbutton.
In addition, if you are going to provide the diagnostic info file to the Zyxel agent via community private message, please zip the file first. The community platform doesn't allow the .bz2 file format to be uploaded.
