    Hi @spatai,

Thanks for the screenshot. I did a local test with my Android 14 smartphone. Following the link you mentioned did not have the "not secure" message. Please help to check if this VPN profile is an old profile that uses L2TP protocol, and try to create a new VPN profile with IKEv2/IPSec with PSK.

    Hi @spatai,

I found the issue is due to the Android didn't support big capital in the pre-shared key column. I can reproduce this issue in my lab. I fix this issue if I change the pre-shared key to small capital for all letters.

Please help to change the pre-shared key on your firewall > VPN gateway settings.

    Hi @spatai,

I would like to clarify with you:

    1. What is your Android version?
    2. Could you share the screenshot of the error?

Thanks… I have already done several tests by recreating the new VPN connection, but I receive the same error, to make sure that I have configured everything correctly, IP or FQDN of the firewall's WAN interface, is public ip right?
