connection problems with zyxel vpn 100

Hi, when I'm connecting throught l2tp on macos over local ADSL using same subnet of VPN I'm not able to connect to servers in vpn (ping timout). The "Send all traffic over VPN" flag is set

• Your scenario and network topology, so we can better understand the relationship between your macOS, the VPN100, and the server.
• Information on whether the server is blocking traffic from the macOS.
• Logs from the server when macOS couldn't ping server.
