USG Flex 500 spontaneously blocking MSP360 backup solution

USG FLEX 500 spontaneously started blocking our MSP360 backup solution.

It started with blocking googletagmanager.com then cloudberrylab.com.

Added 'allow' security rules for the domains specified by MSP360 (though they weren't needed until now):
*.cloudberrylab.com
*.msp360.com
*.mspbackups.com

But this appeared to block all traffic to and from the site.

Firmware is latest stable.

We have a number of other sites using this backup solution in tandem with the USG Flex product but none of them have started doing this, nor were any changes made to this firewall by us prior to the issue starting.

Could do with some support on this as I'm stumped and the days between the last backup and now are growing.

Please help to clarify:

1. Did you use the DNS/URL threat filter?
2. What is the category of the blocking logs?
