200H 1.30 - Error and crash at configuration change, reverts to 1.21

After upgrading to 1.30 ABWV0C0 (from 1.21 ABWV0ITS-24WK37-0909-240801054) and trying to change config, I get the error 50001

Can't reboot because console login is not possible, stuck at "Waiting for netconf server during 60 seconds" after entering the password. It remains hanging there.

After unplugging power to reboot, it will revert to 1.21

Let me provide the conclusion for this case. After updating the firmware we shared, your 200H successfully booted into the new firmware, and the configuration conversion worked properly. So far, everything appears to be working correctly.

To help us investigate further, could you please provide the following information:

Go to Maintenance > Diagnostics > System Logs and download the boot-config-error file.

Go to Maintenance > Firmware/File Manager > Configuration File and download the startup configuration file that works with firmware version 1.21. We will apply it to our USGFLEX200H, upgrade to version 1.30, and observe the issue to determine which configuration settings are incompatible with version 1.30.
