The latest firmware release introduces a highly convenient feature for accessing diagnostic files directly through the web GUI. This update eliminates the need to use FTP to retrieve important diagnostic data for troubleshooting and analysis.

How to Download Diagnostic Files:

1. Navigate to Maintenance > Diagnostics > “Diagnostics” section in the web GUI. Click the collect now button to collect.
2. Download Diagnostic File: Select the diagnostic file you need and download it directly from this page.
