The latest firmware release introduces a highly convenient feature for accessing diagnostic files directly through the web GUI. This update eliminates the need to use FTP to retrieve important diagnostic data for troubleshooting and analysis.

Key Enhancements:

• Direct GUI Access: Users can now download diagnostic files straight from the “System Log” section in the web GUI.
• Simplified Process: There is no longer a need to set up FTP access or remember file paths. Just a click within the GUI allows you to download necessary files.
• Quick Troubleshooting: This feature makes diagnostic data available immediately, helping administrators address issues faster without navigating additional interfaces.

How to Download Diagnostic Files:

1. Navigate to Maintenance > Diagnostics > “System Log” section in the web GUI.
2. Download Diagnostic File: Select the diagnostic file you need and download it directly from this menu.You can download three diagnostic files: "apply-config-error.log," "boot-config-error.log," and "ipsecvpn.log”.
