Previously, users had to download logs day-by-day, which was especially challenging for organizations required to maintain log retention for extensive periods, such as one year. This feature addresses those needs, enabling more efficient retrieval and storage of log data.

   • Users can now download all required log files at once, instead of downloading each file individually.

How to Use One-Click Log Download

1. Access SecuReporter:
   • Navigate to SecuReporter’s Search > log section.
2. Initiate the Download:
   • Select the Request to Download All button.
   • A prompt will appear “History Data Download Request Sent”
   • Then click the button “The history data is now ready to download”, the history data is now ready to download.
3. Save and Archive:
   • SecuReporter will compile the selected logs and package them for download. Click the button “The history data is now ready to download”, the history data is now ready to download.
   • After the download completes, the logs can be archived for future reference or compliance audits.
