After disabled “Use IPv4 Policy Route to Override Direct Route” will only change routing priority.

You can check packet flow, After disabled function the Policy Route priority is became to 3rd.

e.g. If IP destination not route by Direct Route and Dynamic VPN rule, then packet still able route by Policy Route.
