IDP renewal - HELP!

Got a new IDP license from my vendor, but can't for the life of me figure out how to renew it.
The card with the license says to go Registration -> Service and enter it, but that option is not there. The MyZyxel site is useless, and there's no phone number, and the chat service is a moronic bot.

How do I renew this license please??? - I am getting very frustrated.

    Hi @KINGOLE
    The license have to login to Myzyxel.com server and register license key to you account.
    And then link license to your device.
    It's good to know you found it. :+1:
