Router rules

Hallo, 

I have currently cyberroam 35iNG. it provides webbased interface. it has rules under firewall section. i am looking for same function in Zyxel Zywall 100  . can anybody help me to tell me if it available or not ? or is there any alternative solution?

Can you explain what do you mean “rules under firewall section”.

And what’s the scenario/scale will be deployed under the router.
