Flex 200H - Email Daily Report not working
Hello everyone,
after a pair of weeks on production with newest update -V1.30(ABWV.1)- I noticed no Email Daily Report is being delivered as requested during last few days.
I have this firewall:
I went in the relevant area:
Where I disabled, saved, re-enabled, saved but still NO email sent.
Neither manually when I click on "Send Report Now" button:
It is strange because the other email that I set as automatic (backup config) is working properly.
Also the Mail Server Test from here:
is working fine.
Please let me know what to do

Getting my Daily Report here fine with FLEX200H
From your screenshot you have not set E-mail Subject you also need to set Email from and Email to

Never set the subject also before opening this thread, but I received the report since some days ago

Could you please provide us with remote web GUI access to the firewall so we can review its configuration?

sorry for being late in reply.
I'm sending you infos via PM.
Right now I have a 100HP perfectly working for sending this email while a 200H seems to be stuck.
I tried again right now.
I clicked on Send Report Now button and 5 minutes after I see this email:
So I logged in the 200H, same click on Send Report Now button but still no results

to give you the summary list of automatic messages I received from 200H, like this one:
I set Email Daily Report since weeks ago and until 2024-11-28 I received it regularly.
Then it stopped.
Next messages were received on date like:
2024-12-09,
2024-12-11,
2024-12-14.
In the meantime emails regarding Configuration File Backup are regularly received.
Same email, same config, same sender and receiver for all the notifications.
In the meantime I wrote this post I clicked manually on "Send Report Now" button on that 200H and I received the email about 15 minutes later.

Hi @GiuseppeR
As discussed in our private message, this issue occurs because the efficiency of the internal server responsible for generating these reports may degrade over extended system uptime.
We plan to enhance this functionality in a future firmware release, estimated to be included in version 1.32, scheduled for Q2 2025. In the meantime, the recommended workaround is to reboot the firewall whenever the issue occurs.
