my zyxel access point(wac6103d i) not obtaining ip address from switch

we are using controller NXC5500, before we used to connect to switch then auto ip will be selected by access point. now its not working

    Hi @usman,

    Please check if your switch has any VLAN configuration that causes the DHCP discovery packets to not send to the correct interface.

    yes there is vlan in switch i have connected my laptop to the switch i am getting ip

    Hi @usman,

    Thanks for your feedback. This looks like your DHCP server has been changed to NXC5500. Please check the original DHCP server configuration and configure it on your NXC5500.

    If this not help, please provide your old and new topology so we can compare the difference.
