It's great to see those mentions.

I would like to suggest to introduce the badge "Bug Hunter" for users like us that helps Zyxel to improve their products. Just something to add to "Beta User", but something special.

It was a personal satisfaction to see on the latest 1.30P1 SeriesH patch firmware to see the number of ticket I opened about 1.21-1.30 upgrade failure.
