FLEX200HP V1.30(ABXE.1)C0 issues with UK BT PPPOE

Hello,

I am a UK user with BT broadband.

I use a draytek 166 UK version as modem and have PPPOE connection linked to the P1 of my FLEX200HP

Since V1.30 patch 1 the FLEX200HP has dropped the connection with the PPPOE and now keeps saying 'ERROR: Failed to dial.' when I try to connect manually from the WEB GUI.

Can you please send me the V1.30(ABXE.0)C0 so I can try to downgrade?

    We have not received similar reports regarding PPPoE issues with the FLEX200HP on firmware version V1.30(ABXE.1)C0. While we generally do not recommend downgrading firmware, we suggest upgrading your device to the latest weekly firmware version instead. This version contains additional fixes that may resolve your issue. Please check your Community inbox for the firmware download link.

    If the problem persists after upgrading, we would like to assist you further by remotely accessing your device for troubleshooting. For security and privacy, please share the necessary details with us via private message. You can choose one of the following methods for remote access:

    1. Via WAN access: If your firewall has a dual-WAN setup, please configure HTTPS WAN access on the second WAN port for us to connect.
    2. Via remote desktop software: Connect your firewall to a PC with internet access and provide us with the TeamViewer or AnyDesk ID and password for remote access.
