    Hi @ErnestoCatenda ,

    To download the latest firmware for your USG FLEX 200, please follow this link: 

    https://www.zyxel.com/global/en/support/download

    The steps to update the firmware for USG FLEX 200 here:

    1. Go to the Maintenance → File Manager and click on the Firmware Management tab

    2. On the Local Firmware window, click the Browse button to specify the BIN file path

    3. Click the Upload button to start the firmware update process. The firmware update process takes about 5 minutes to complete.
