Switch GS1920-24 where to find saved configuration?

When I press the button at top/righthandside "SAVE", it says after showing a progressbar: "Save configuration successfully."

But neither a file into the win10 Downloads folder was saved, nor a dialog to ask me where to save it appeared.

Where can I find now the saved config file?

The method you're using saves any recent changes from the 'Running Config' to 'Config 1' or 'Config 2', depending on which config you booted from. If you miss this step the recent changes will be lost when you reboot the switch.

To make a config backup file you need to do the following….

    4.8 GUI - Maintenance > Backup Configuration

Pre 4.8 GUI - Management > Maintenance > Backup Configuration

You can choose to backup the 'Running Config' or Config 1/2.

To show whether you're using Config 1 or 2….

4.8 GUI - Maintenance > Reboot System - shows the current config

Pre 4.8 GUI - Management > Maintenance - the 'Reboot System' section shows the current config

    Hi @projmgmtde ,

The "Save" button only applies your configuration changes within the switch.
To download the configuration file to your computer, go to: MAINTENANCE > Configuration > Save Configuration in the navigation panel.

Click Config 1 to save the current configuration settings permanently to Configuration 1 on the Switch. These configurations are set up according to your network environment.

Click Config 2 to save the current configuration settings permanently to Configuration 2 on the Switch. These configurations are set up according to your network environment.

Click Custom Default to save the current configuration settings permanently to a customized default file on the Switch.
