FLEX 200H : IPS enable : everything is slow

Hello,

I buy a new USG FLEX200H in order to replace my USG60.

If I activate IPS option, the users on the local network (no VPN), I have many issue about performance :

• Some websites are not loading
• Local network to remote desktop (RDP) is unusable (connection lost, wait to make everything on the remote computer)
• Microsoft Teams screen sharing freeze or take time to show screen

I'm a little disappointed, I buy a H option for "Ultra High Performance" but my old USG60 was working better and IPS seems to be one of the most important part of a firewall :(

Hello,

I upgrade the firmware to v1.31 there are few minutes. The bandwidth is x2 faster and i have no more problem with RDP sessions 😎

Web navigation seems also ok, I'll test tomorrow Microsoft Teams screen sharing.

New firmware v. 1.31 will be released this monday the 13th. I've had the same issues as you describe. I guess/hope they have included the fixes in the new firmware….

Since the new firmware will be released next week, could you help upgrade and monitor if the issue happens? If so, please help clarify some questions so we can check.

1. Your Internet speed.
2. The number of your clients.
3. Please help collecting the firewall diagnostic info.

4. Please help capture the LAN traffic and the WAN traffic so we can investigate the TCP session and packet order.
