Zyxel XS3700-24 How to erase the configuration and reset password.

I have a Zyxel XS3700-24 switch. When I enter Debug Mode and use the altc command to perform a CRC and restore the settings, I encounter an error message. However, I couldn't find the firmware or bin/rom files on Zyxel's official website.

May I ask if there is a solution to this issue?
