USG Flex 700H Email event notification for Physical Port Down, Physical Port Up Status

Hi,

The email event notification seems to work only for Port 1 and Port 2. I tried unplugging and plugging back for Port 3, Port 13, Port 14, there is no email notification send even there is log status indicating port up/down in the log event.

• I reported the same problem for 200H at the beginning of the month, I thought the update would help, but it didn't work, the port was physically turned off and turned on after 2-3 minutes. The problem still occurs.

The reported issue in this post about missing email notifications for ports 3-13-14 appears different from your original case regarding port 3 downs. Please refer back to your initial post and share those details so we can provide appropriate support.

This email notification bug affects all ports except port 1 and 2?

The issue is only occurring with POE and SFP ports.
