V1.31(ABZI.0) Stop working Content Filtering





Good day,
My question is if it happens to anyone else that the content filter is not working since since I installed the new version this is the only service that does not work and bypasses all the pages, thank you for the support if you have any solution.

Ah! I'm not alone!!
In my case, after a few reboots or something I changed in other settings, the problem has gone and now it's not present.

Same problem here… I've disabled App Patrol / Reputation Filter / Content Filter and rebooted the device. Now the customer can navigate internet but the site is without protection.
Any solution?
There is a new firmware soon?

FYI with this weekly firmware V1.31(ABZH.0)ITS-25WK03-m6962 in our 500H the issue seems to be gone

same problem on 2 firewalls. 1.30 has realy bad problems

Could you help provide your model so I can ask our engineer to provide the date code firmware when we release it? Also, please help to check your event log to see if the log is "query failed-open" or "query failed-closed". Thanks.

My Firewall model is Flex 700H and it shows me the log in both options, "query failed-open" or "query failed-closed" since this message changes when one activates or deactivates the new bypass option that they placed for the Content Filter.0 -

@Zyxel_Melen I would like to know when this problem is proposed to be fixed. I am having problems on all the videoconferencing pages and many of them take a long time to enter, giving the error "query failed-open". I also ask for support to be able to give me the guide if there is a beta patch or that you can return me to version 1.20, which was the one that was working for me. Unfortunately, Nebula updated it without authorization on the same partition as the 1.20 firmware, something totally absurd, and I have no way to return to my stable version. I need help and a solution to this problem.
