Good evening,
I have an ATP200 that is constantly rebooting, so I connected to the site to download a new firmware.
I unzip it and through a CMD from a LAN machine I connect via FTP to replace it as per the procedure in the screen but I get an incorrect model error. Does anyone have any ideas on this?
Thanks.

Yes, this can´t work to recover, if you are affected by today issue a special firmware is required, please follow these steps: https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/24159250192658

I saw after the post, tomorrow I will proceed ... but I am disappointed ... all my firewalls have GOLD SECURITY PACK renewed over the years, I will have to work this weekend ...
I use mac OS and not windows, can you post the command to use the terminal?
Once I found it in a post to connect to the console "screen + options", the rest should remain unchanged if I am not mistaken.

    Thanks.

    Hi @LMitc,

We are not familiar with MAC OS, but you can check this link from another forum.

LMitc use a ftp client compatible with mac. And use putty client on mac. Also use a serial cable maybe with adaptor to connect to mac.

Thanks @xalexandresilva77 i found what I asked for and I'm sharing it with you in case it can be useful to you or other users. I have not yet connected the serial/usb cable (point 1) the system does not identify the mounting name of the device.

After connecting the device to the USB port i get the name (point 2), if i change the USB port the name of the device changes (point 3) so if you change it check the correct name, so if you change it check the correct name with the command at (point 1)

When I am sure of the name assigned to the serial/usb device I use the command in point 4

And I get access to the console, for FTP on both mac OS and Windows you can do everything from terminal or command prompt with command ftp and ip

    Good work everyone
