    Hi @Stp

You just need to upload the 7.00 FW to downgrade.

You can find the firmware file in our download library.

    Download Library | Zyxel Networks

Back to your issue, may I know what your TP-link camera model is? And the upload speed seems lower than you expected, what upload speed is your ISP guarantee? And what's your network topology? The upload speed might be affected by the WiFi strength, channel utilization, uplink bandwidth utilization…etc. Please feel free to let me know if downgrade firmware does not help. And please help to collect the diag info so we can check.

Hi, I use more 4 IP cameras. Tapo C325WB and D-Link IP cameras. I upload iPhone (14 Pro) speedtest from picture.

I can't restore firmware 7.0 via standalone mode. Device can't load local config. It's slowest to load it. I called Zyxel support on my country. He suggested me about upload via FTP. It was completed.

    Hi @Stp,

Based on your result when connected to NWA130BE, I found the ping latency is higher than when connected to other APs, and there is also packet loss. It is more likely test conditions are different; like the distance, signal strength, etc. Could you help to test again when near the NWA130BE?

I test near 1 meter. Other AP far more 3 meters.

And after I downgrade to 7.0 firmware. Nebula cloud config had changed. My speed can't restore to default. It can't FIX IT. BAD ZYXEL!!!

I update new pic. Old pic was wrong. NWA130BE V7.1 lose Wi-Fi connection. Any devices can't use, then POWER OFF NWA130BE!!!

I invited Zyxel support as administrator.

After upgrade V7.1ACIL1. Wi-Fi can’t use, upload speed below 1 Mbps. I tried downgrade old fw V7.0ACIL3, but can’t help. When I logged on Nebula or standalone mode, It was slower to access config pages.

V7.1ACIL1 = Wi-Fi speed fail. Slower to access config pages.

Restore V7.0ACIL3 via FTP = Wi-Fi speed same issues. Slower to access config pages.

V7.0ACIL.3 Reset Factory = Wi-Fi speed same issues. I can logged on Standalone mode faster, but slower than normal used.

Conclusion: After upgrade V7.1ACIL1. My NWA130BE didn’t work. If you tried restore V7.0ACIL3, but It wasn’t help!

Now, I tried to remove all SSID and add again. On Configure > Radio settings, device didn't show SSID to config band.

I logged on via Nebula app. I added NWA130BE again. On Configure > Radio settings, I can config band radio.
