Hi,
I have taken over a network from another company and on this network there is a Zywall 110 configured as a L2TP VPN router. Everything worked well till this morning where suddenly no one was able to login remotely with RDP. If I use RDP locally it works, but through VPN I get a credential error.
I am not a VPN/Firewall specialist and have no experience with a Zywall. I hope someone can help me here, as we have several users now who can't work from home.

Thanks,

Roger

In dutch it is "De aanmeldingspoging is mislukt". Which in english probably is "The logon attempt failed.".

The strange thing is that we can connect now with RDP on another PC which has the same configuration.

    Thanks,

    Roger

IMVHO… the configuration is not the same (client or AD), one way or another.

It's not Zyxel 110 acting in the "wrong" way if the message is different than "i cannot reach that RDP server" (i don't have the exact english message for the issue".
