NWA130BE V7.10(1) - Add support for Unicode characters in SSID names

Prior models of Zyxel wireless access points supported unicode characters (emojis) in SSID names.
I am unable to use emojis in SSID names on the NWA130BE with the latest firmware V7.10(1).
