I am looking to download the last version of 6 firmware for the NWA110ax

Hi I am having great difficulty with Chromebook if 30 join the network the last few or it can be random while they are using them buffer and appear to have no connection this started just after Christmas 2024 coincidently with the upgrade to firmware 7 onwards. I have tried stripping back all the facilities within the nebula to see if something is interfering but to no avail. Each lesson I am handed several Chromebook out of the batch of 20 to 30 that are buffering and nothing can be done with them until you restart but i cannot find the any version 6 firmware for this access point help would be greatly appreciated. Have checked server dhcp server everything ! part by part.

    May I know how many NWA110AX you have in this network? Are there any changes after you upgrade? Is it possible to help collect the diagnostic when the issue happens so we to check your issue?

    Yes within the whole site there are 25 NWA100ax

    No changes made rarely do only changed when started mucking about or it upgraded firmware from 6.*** to 7 « then mucked about

    14 in one site (building oldschool

    11 in the other site (building SchoolNew)

    But they all run on the same network

    School new has roughly 60 Chromebook

    OldSchool has 30 Chromebook

    Both sites exhibit the same symptom sometimes at start-up 1 to 7 will buffer and appear to be disconnected sometimes users can be using them and a number disconnect oddly around 1 to 7 again Windows devices unaffected also oddly seems to be random devices never the same have turned off a lot of facility to barebones the WIFI there are 3x XGS1930-28HP and 1x GS1920-24HP onsite. Made a ssid called Chromebooks have tried 2.4ghz and 5ghz have several other sites with many Chromebook no problem and was same config before this one started mucking about.

    I only have the basic don't think i can export the diagnostic material in that can I ??

    This will happen 12/02/2025 as they will use them then in the afternoon GMT time anytime between 12.00pm and 3.30pm i have wireshark on the server ready to capture some data also

    Collect diagnostic info don't need Pro license. You just need to login to your AP's local gui and follow the FAQ to collect.
