Hello support,

I don't know where is the issue..but often (almost every day) the firewall reboot, I have the last firmware

V5.39(ACFN.1) / 2024-11-16 08:04:18

Do you have any idea about that ? Please let me know asap! thank you

    To better assist you, could you provide the diagnostic file after the USG FLEX 100AX reboot?

    The path to collect and download the diagnostic file here: Go to Maintenance > Diagnostics Info

    By the way, please share with us the dates and times of the most recent reboots if possible.
