USG60W with performance issues

Have a USG60W that more and more often has to be restarted since traffic will not flow through, especially on Wifi. After a restart it works again for some time.

What is your firmware version? Can you send me diag-info and startup-configuration file in private message.

Let me check if it have any clue in diag-info.

When the issue comes again, is it possible to log in device Web GUI to check that if the device have high CPU loading, High traffic, or session limited log?

Debug CLI:

Router> show cpu average

Router> show logging entries category sessions-limit

Hi,

I’ve been having WiFi related issues on my 60W. Mostly low WiFi speed (around 20-25 Mbs). Ethernet gives me full speed. I used the link to download the new firmware, but it’s password protected. Can you send me the password?

Correct, no need for a password to FTP server. However when I try to unzip the downloaded file, I’m asked to type a password. So are you saying there shouldn’t be a prompt for password?
