Change default admin password not working

ATP 500
The procedure for resetting the admin password does NOT work.

the password should be 1234 but on the next reboot entering these credentials nothing happens (on WEB GUI). It does not allow me to change the password like the first installation. Tried on EDGE and on CHROME.

How change admin password via Command Line Interface (CLI) ?
What to do?

Problem solved!
Need to reset the password to 1234 using

ATKZ -g

ATGO

Then follow these instructions (also works on ATPxxx)

Of course you need access via interface with special cable and Tera Term

can I use the following command on the ATP500 for changing password admin user ?

username <existing_user> password <new_pass> user-type admin'
