Cannot set up ATP200 to connect to internet
Hi
I use a modem and a USG50. This device has to be changed to an ATP200.
So I use the same cables as for the USG50, where they work properly. When I connect them to the ATP200 only the green LEDs are lighted. In the Quick Setup I insert the static IP adress from my ISP and when I test the internet connection, it fails. I have upgraded the firmware to V4.33(ABFW.1) but testing fails.
Has anyone an idea, what´s going wrong?

Hi @newcommer
The green LED is for link speed 100/10M, yellow is for 1000M. it should not be the issue.
Can you send me your configuration file via private message.

Hi @newcommer
If the device wan type is static IP, you must to add Domain zone forwarder for DNS query.
Go to “CONFIGURATION > System > DNS > Domain Zone Forwarder”, click “Add”
Domain Zone : *
Public DNS : Set to ISP DNS server or Google DNS server.
Query via : Select your Wan interface.

I tried the DNS from my ISP as well as the Google DNS adress. Both don´t work. The yellow LED´s are still dark and I get no connection to the internet.
