XGS1010-12 Port 9 No link speed leds or connectivity

Is port 9 disabled if using both 10gig sfp ports? Or do I have a bad port and it's RMA time?

    What device are you connecting to XGS1010-12 port 9? Could you try to connect port 9 and port 10 as a loop to check the link status and the speed?

    Multiple devices. I just tried connecting 9 and 10 as a loop to check and there are no link speed lights at all. Connecting port 10 to one of the 1gig ports does light up link speed as 1gbps

    Port 9 seems completely dead
