500H - Error while DDNS updating

500H - This is the error randomly shows from the gui when i try to manually update the ddns

    I'm checking it with our engineer. In the meantime, may you enable Zyxel support access so I can confirm and record a video of this issue? The issue site is the same as before, is it correct?

    Hello @Zyxel_Melen yes it's the same site but this issue there was before the firmware update to V1.31(ABZH.0)ITS-0227-GUI. You should be able to connect to our 500h with your dedicated access with anydesk

    Maybe to error happens with a PPP as backup?

    I tried with other wan interfaces before this configuration but the error was the same. It only appears when I click the button Update to force the job. The workaround that I found to temporarily solve the situation is to edit the profile with everything you want and save, then re-click the button Update and it works.

    I have not seem this error when using the update button in DDNS....maybe the name you have given the interface is a problem?

    or maybe try with only primary and Auto?

    I have no ideas at the moment, i've tried with different profile/interface names too… after lot of troubleshooting I decided to open this discussion. Zyxel's engineers have been connected to our device for last few days and I think we have to wait a response form them. @Zyxel_Melen do you have any updates?

    Thanks for the previous message. We know this issue occurs after clicking the "Update" button. Unfortunately, we need to upgrade a debug firmware to collect more details. I will directly upload the debug firmware to the AnyDesk PC.
