I can not register a GS1920-8HP to an other site because the qr code is not working (known problem) but is there an other way

Hello Judy, I am the first owner of the switch. I did a restore to begin from scratch. Upgrade te switch to V4.80(ABKZ.1) | 07/08/2024. accessed the switch webportal an d tried to use the qrcode but this model has a problem with that?? is there an other way?

That is exactly the document i used for the restore and registration. But the new QR code won't work. Can you delete the switch out of the first account?
