FLEX H BWM/interface limiting improvement

For the FLEX H to have the same BWM/interface limiting like on older models including interface limiting those per interface in a bridge and BWM interfaces that are in a bridge along with interfaces not in a bridge and the option:
Router(config)# bwm control-tcp-ack

    Let me list the requirement of this request:

    1. interface limiting those per interface in a bridge
    2. BWM interfaces that are in a bridge along with interfaces not in a bridge
    3. BWM option "bwm control-tcp-ack"

    Is that correct?

    The one other thing but not something I really need is how BWM and Priority works so say you have default 7 Priority with DMZ interface of the bridge Egress 117760Kbps and a rule:
    incoming DMZ
    Outgoing WAN
    service HTTPS
    Priority 6
    Maximize Bandwidth Usage

    When a download happens for HTTPS Priority 6 and a ping default 7 Priority the ping stands no chance and pings high and drops pings. So I was thinking if each Priority be able to enter a minimum Bandwidth of like 10Mb for Priority 7 and other Priorities can be set or set to any or 0 so that when a download happens ping on Priority 7 has bandwidth to work with.

    Not sure sure if thats possible just a idea.

    So here is my ruff layout of how it could be so that now interface egress are moved to BWM plus example with minimum Bandwidth per Priority for each interface.

    So lets say I have a BWM rule with
    incoming DMZ
    Outgoing ge1
    service HTTPS
    Priority 6
    Unlimited

    With DMZ set with Interface Ergress bandwidth of 115Mbps and minimum Bandwidth Priority set as
    1 0
    2 0
    3 0
    4 0
    5 0
    6 0
    7 10Mbps

    When a download happens for HTTPS it is limited to the Interface Ergress bandwidth of 115Mbps but let say a HTTP download happens which falls under the default rule of Priority 7 and download for HTTPS at the same time then the BWM with give 10Mb to Priority 7 plus any other traffic that falls under it shared with HTTPS getting 105Mbps but if HTTPS was not downloading then HTTP can go 115Mbps.
