SSID not visible

Configuring a new NWA210BE and I can't get the SSID to show up. Scanning it from my phone. The iphone can connect to other access points without issue. I used the AP wizard initially. There are 5 radio summary profiles available and all are enabled. There are 2 configured SSID's. If I look under WLAN settings both radios are activated in AP Mode and I have tried Root AP mode as well. Looking at the profile details the hidden SSID check boxes are unchecked. Looking on the dashboard the WLAN Interface Status Summary has 2 lightbulbs. I can see radios 1 and 2 on the 2.4G and 5G bands. What am I missing?? Been at this for hours and still cannot find any SSID's showing on any client devices.
