How to set daily a reboot for a certain POE port, say everyday at 0630 for 1min?

I was trying to reboot my AP from 0630 to 0631 everyday (i.e. shutdown for 1min) but can't seem to find the right way to enter the "Time Range". When I try to create a setting for "Daily - 0631" to "Daily - 0630", it said "Invalid time range". Same when I tried selecting from Mon to Sun. Can someone help advising?
