flex 500 H - disconnect user from SSL VPN - error code 10048

Hello,
I have a problem disconnecting a user from SSL VPN. When I try to disconnect via the router's web interface, it displays this message: "cmd users force-logout unique null user null service null"

and the user is not disconnected.
