Speedtest is not working on USG FLEX 100AX

Hi,

I have an issue with the speedtest fonction on an USG FLEX 100AX.

I have no server in the list to choose for the speedtest.

If i choose my interface, the speedtest server switch to "auto".

The result is "Can't get server list, please check your connection or specified source IP." whatever the choice i made.

Can you help?

    It looks like your USG FLEX 100AX has an unstable internet connection or security policies blocking speed tests. We recommend the following:

    • Check the WAN connection status on the device's web interface under "Monitor > Traffic statistic > Interface Status" to confirm it is connected and has a valid IP address.
    • Verify that no firewall rules are blocking access to the speed test servers. You also can temporarily disable the firewall to test if it's the cause (Configuration > Security Policy > Policy Control and disable all rules). Remember to re-enable the firewall after testing.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response but this does not solve my problem.
    My router uses a perfectly functional FTTO link.
    I tried to disable the firewall as recommended, but without success.
    Is there anything else I can try to troubleshoot?
