Our company has a Flex200 firewall, and the service provider device is FiberHome AN5506-02-FG GPON Modem Router (configured PPPoE connection). We receive a Flex200H device for testing, to which, if we replace our own device, there is no link on anymore the WAN (P1) port
It is plugged into any other device there is physical link , but not in the service provider router.
What is the problem, do I need to configure something?

Does the peer device support atuo-negotiation? if doesn't or disable this feature, the Zyxel port uses half duplex mode to make a connection.
If the port setting is not auto-negotiation, the port uses duplex mode, so it requires you to make sure that the settings of the peer port are the same.

Could you check the peer port speed and duplex mode?

So PPPoE is setup in the FiberHome AN5506-02-FG GPON Modem Router to which your just dealing with Ethernet from it? or do you need to setup PPPoE on FLEX?

You can setup WAN on any port so test on the 1Gb ports

Does P2 do the same? try setting link speed.

if you double NAT does P1 work?

If you get a 2.5Gb switch between the links does that work?

AN5506-02-FG GPON Modem Router is in bridge mode, pppoe is configured in Flex.

set this port to 1GB - does not change

plug to P2 - does not change

Just to clarify, do you mean that the PPPoE session is not establishing, or is the physical connection not coming up?
    does the port LED blink?

this was the problem, setting the port to a stable 1GB and restarting the device (this is important), the problem
