SSH is available, web GUI is not

I'm confused.

I have an XGS-4728f switch. I can log into cli by ssh as "admin", but not into web gui with same credentials.

At first, I thought that ssh user and web user are not the same, but here I have another switch of exact same model, where I can log into both gui and ssh. When I change admin password in GUI, it also affects the password I need to log in by ssh, which leads me to believe those are the same exact credentials.

Maybe web login is disabled altogether somehow? On the second switch I didn't find that option, I can only disable http altogether, which doesn't seem to be the same thing. And anyway, "show service-control" on the problem switch says http is active.

What am I missing?

Nevermind, turns out it's some kind of browser issue, everything works fine in incognito mode. Still weird.
