Zyxel WBE660s can't login to dashboard AP, what that mean led on this AP?

I bought wbe660s but it doesn't seem to be working properly for me, I don't have switch with poe++, I connected to injector Zyxel POE12-30W-EU0101F but port uplink shows me led green and orange is on, I can't get to AP (via browser UI), same thing is when I connected power supply USB-c 65W usb-c -> usb-c. Connected only cable USB-C but on uplink port light green and orange constant on, what to do is it the AP is fault or the power supply not to strong?

When I connected usb charger 30 show me red light so I know is issue with power, but when I connect 65 red light is of, but uplink is constant green and orange but cable is not connected, if connected still same.

Long led on top AP zyxel when power up quick going green and I don't know what I do wrong … what to do? Please help.

Hi @Maxio,

Regarding your description, your AP may still be booting when you try to access it. Please use the "usb-c 65W VDC15 3A" to power up your AP. A 30W adapter can power up the AP, but the Wi-Fi antenna will be restricted (2.4GHz 2T4R; 5GHz 2T4R; 6GHz 2T4R). Then connect the uplink and wait for the AP's LED (front panel) to change to steady on bright blue (The Zyxel Device’s wireless interface is activated, but no WiFi clients are connected when it is in full power mode). Also, if you connect the PoE injector and wait for 5 minutes, and it is still the same, please record a video so we can better compare the status of your AP.
