Inconsistent firmware versions

The release date is different on the cloud compared to my device, the version numbers are the same, but date different and I can't upgrade.

Something looks wrong?!

    Cant even download from the myZyxel portal, not sure what they are doing.

    The quick start guide in the box is funny though: wrong product pictures and just says to download on website haha.

    Things are not going well on this transition…

    The "release date" shown under the Running Firmware Status on the device reflects the firmware build date.
    On the other hand, the date shown in the Cloud Firmware Information refers to the upload date when the firmware was published to the cloud.
    That’s why there may be a slight difference between the two, even though the version numbers are the same.

    Now H series is only allowed to upgraded from Cloud, that's why you can't find it on myZyxel portal

    That doesn't strike me as consistent - I would think it makes more sense to show the build date in both cases. The upload date is kind of irrelevant!
