Overview

A prominent organization was in search of a networking solution for their multiple offices and mall that would not only enhance their infrastructure but also be cost-effective, scalable, and easy to manage. Challenges

As the organization expanded their operations across various sites, including offices and malls, the existing network infrastructure struggled to keep up with the demands of increasing numbers of users and connected devices. Network speed and stability were becoming significant issues, with slower connections and occasional downtime affecting operations. Besides, managing a distributed network across multiple locations added complexity. They needed a flexible and scalable solution that would provide consistent and reliable performance across all their premises while also being simple to manage from a central location.

Solutions

After testing various solutions across different locations, the organization decided to go with Zyxel Networks due to their strong performance and affordable pricing. To ensure fast and reliable wireless connectivity, they deployed Zyxel's WAX610D WiFi 6 access points at all their sites, including offices and mall. To streamline power and data management for connected devices, they also installed GS1920-8HPv2 switches with Power over Ethernet (PoE) capabilities at multiple locations. For larger deployments and to handle increasing network traffic, the organization added GS2220-28HP switches, which offered more ports and greater scalability. In outdoor areas and more challenging environments, the NWA55AXE outdoor access points were chosen to provide strong, stable wireless coverage. The organization's IT team found the Zyxel Nebula cloud-based management platform to be especially valuable. The Nebula solution gave them a unified view of the entire network, making it easier to manage everything from one interface and allowing them to focus on other important tasks, ultimately boosting their productivity.

Results
