IGMP over multi XS1930
Freshman MemberWe use two XS1930 switches to exchange multicast data from AV devices. Both switches are connected via an SFP+ / fiber optic cable via a trunk port.
This means that both switches have transmitter and receiver devices. There are receivers on Switch 1 which receive data from a transmitter on Switch 2 and vice versa.
Local IGMP works perfectly on both switches. If switches are connected together, I have to switch IGMP off.
Only one switch is configured as a querier.
What configuration must be made so that IGMP works via both switches in a VLAN?
We have activated the Layer3 option on both devices.
