Why all firewall freeze?

I have unfortunately purchased various Zyxel firewalls for my customer.From the VPN100 to the Flex H series, all updated and in various networks and different contexts. But they all have one thing in common: they crash.

After a month or two months the network crashes, the firewall becomes unreachable and there is no other solution than to turn everything off and restart.

From the panel the resources are not very busy, for example the average sessions on the Flex 100H are 1037/300000 and yet it crashes.

I also deactivated the session control but nothing.

Do you have any idea of ​​all these problems? Are you aware of this?

    5.40 has some fixes mentioned, but we have some familiarity with this as well.

    All FLEX and FLEX H units do this at times.

    Please ensure your firewalls are in the latest firmware version.
    Regarding freeze/crash issue, we need to look into it case by case, I suggest contact your local support for further assistance.
    If the firewall is in Nebula mode, you can submit your case through Direct Support.
