    Hi @robertap92 ,

Do you mean your wireless client is currently connecting to the SSID using 5GHz, and you would like the wireless clients to switch to the same SSID using 2.4GHz? If yes, there is no feature to force wireless clients to move from 5GHz to 2.4GHz SSID automatically. However, you can try setting the maximum output power of 2.4GHz higher than 5GHz, making it easier for wireless clients to connect to the 2.4GHz band.

The most reliable method to ensure wireless clients connect to 2.4GHz is to create a separate SSID that broadcasts on 2.4GHz only.
Additionally, some wireless devices allow you to set a preferred frequency band in their WiFi advanced settings. Try looking for "Frequency band" or "Preferred band" options on your laptop, phone, or other devices.
